2) a) To obtain a domain name under co.in, companies will
need to submit us a copy of the certificate from the Registrar
Of Companies.
b) Proprietorship firms should send us a copy of the Certificate
Of
Registration with the Central Sales Tax Office, for getting
a registration under co.in.
c) Partnership firms should send us a copy of the Certificate
Of
Registration with the Registrar Of Firms, for getting a
registration under co.in.
d) If you need a domain name which is derived from your
trade-mark, you
will need to send us the documents which specify that the
trade-mark applied for has been searched by the Trade-marks
Registry in its database. As a proof of evidence please
